Hotel Gennarino Livorno, Livorno

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a 'frigo bar' with a selection of beverages, which was a nice touch. The service was welcoming and attentive, but be cautious about the additional charges for breakfast. The location was ideal, close to the beach and with easy access to the city. The dining experience was simple yet satisfactory, and the facilities provided added convenience to my stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the service from Josephine and the team was excellent, the room I was given was lacking facilities and had a leaking roof. The lack of a 'do not disturb' sign was also inconvenient. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing good advice and even ordering food for me. The location was decent, close to a bus stop and within walking distance to the beach, but a bit far from the city center. The dining options were adequate but not cooked to order.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were quite large and nice, with amazing showers, and I loved finding a 'frigo bar' stocked with Italian beers, wine, and juices. However, there was a slight moldy smell probably due to the busy road nearby. The service made me feel like part of the family, and the staff was so friendly and understanding. The location was perfect for a summer stay, right next to the sea, although a bit far from the center. The dining experience was very nice, with a good selection of pastries, cheeses, and fresh juice. Facilities were modern and convenient.
